Bathing
Whilst Trish is an experienced groomer we are not offering the full grooming service at this time, if you would like your pet(s) to have a hydrobath while they are with us please let us know. We use natural pet friendly bathing products.
Your pet should be wormed and de-flead within a week of their stay.
Frontline/Advantage products can be provided at your expense. Costs vary according to breed and will be discussed prior to use.
Pet Shuttle
We will gladly collect or deliver friends home. This is conducted between 10:00am and 11:30am. We ask that you don’t feed them in the morning as they will get breakfast when they arrive at the kennels. Cost may vary due to distance however Rotorua has a set pickup and drop off rate of $60.
Transportation is via our Nissan pet shuttle, it is unmarked other than the peronalised license plate to ensure your privacy. At times we may use another vehicle if more praticable.
- Vet Care
As experienced animal handlers we can tell very quickly if a pet is unwell and needs to see a vet. We will use the vet listed on your contract with us or an emergency vet if afterhours. We will endeavour to make contact with you however the welfare of the pet comes first and the vet will make any decision on your behalf in regards to the ongoing care of your pet. Please ensure you let us know if your pet has any ongoing health problems.
All cost related to the transport to the vet and the vet costs may be passed to the owner.
